3 PUHUI PHMO-3 Medical Niterogen Generation System Descriptions 

PUHUI PHMO-3 Niterogen generation system incorporates one screw air compressor, one refrigerant air dryer and filters, PHMO-3 Niterogen generator, one totally oil-free Niterogen compressor and related Niterogen filling station.
Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. The compressed air is then stored in the air buffer tank integrated in the Niterogen generator for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of work demand. The generator produces Niterogen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven Niterogen generation method. Niterogen of desired purity at higher than 93% is delivered to Niterogen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Niterogen purity is continuously monitored by Niterogen analyzer. The pressure in the Niterogen buffer tank is approximate 4.5bar, it can be adjustable from 0.1bar to 4.5bar by the pressure regulator. Optional totally oil-free Niterogen compressor will increase the outlet Niterogen pressure to 150bar for cylinder filling purpose.
Touch-screen PH-CONTROL control, display and alarm system makes all the generation system to be operated by one touch. PH-CONTROL displays working parameters, reminds filter elements replacing and instructs trouble shooting. It enables remote control.

Principles:
PSA nitrogen generator uses carbon molecular sieve as sorbent, produces nitrogen by making use of the PSA principle. Under certain pressure, carbon molecular sieve has different Niterogen/nitrogen adsorption capacity, i.e. much more Niterogen adsorption capacity than nitrogen adsorption capacity. PLC controls pneumatic valve on/off to realize two towers alternate adsorption and desorption as per pressure change, carries out Niterogen/nitrogen separation and produces nitrogen with desired purity.
PUHUI nitrogen generation system incorporates one air compressor, one refrigerant air dryer and filters, main nitrogen generator, air buffer tank and nitrogen buffer tank. With higher nitrogen pressure required, one PUHUI totally oil-free nitrogen compressor will be equipped after the nitrogen generator to increase the nitrogen pressure to required pressure. 
Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of work demand for air compressor. The generator produces nitrogen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven nitrogen generation method. Nitrogen with a desired purity is delivered to nitrogen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Nitrogen in buffer tank is maintained at 6barg pressure. After PUHUI totally oil-free nitrogen compressor, the pressure will be compressed to required pressure. It is adjustable for you to adjust the outlet pressure by a pressure regulator valve, so that it can be used for your specific use.

Applications:
1. Metallurgy: For anneal protection, agglomeration protection, nitrogen furnace washing and blowing ,etc. Used in fields such as metal heating treatment, powder metallurgy, magnetic material, copper process, metallic mesh, galvanized wire, semiconductor, etc.
2. Chemical and new material industries: For chemical material gas, pipeline blowing, gas replacement, gas protection, product transport, etc. Used in fields such as chemical ,urethane elastic fiber, rubber, plastic, tire, polyurethane, biological technology, intermediate, etc.

4. Food and Pharmacy: nitrogen generator provides a clean nitrogen blanket to food products such as edible oil, wine, juice, milk powder and so on. It prevents the growth of bacteria and preserves better freshness with fermentation control and odor suppress. Now nitrogen packaging is a trend for food industry to prevent food products spoilage, preserve freshness, maintain flavor and extends shelf life.
5, Heat Treatment: nitrogen inert and protection for the parts under high temperature is very important to prevent them from oxidization and to improve surface quality. PUHUI nitrogen generation systems have been applied as inert atmospheres to various processed in heat treatment such as converting process sealing, blast furnace top sealing, coal powder blowing, continuous casting, continuous rolling, stress remove, aging, annealing, carburizing,, quenching etc. They are also used as protecting gas for welding and powder metallurgy, purge gas and diluting gas also.
One-step PSA technology for high purity nitrogen generation or hydrogen purification using ammonia cracker or other hydrogen source as a low-cost alternative.

6 Business Document

Period of warranty

The period of warranty on the goods under the Scope of supply is 360 days since the completion day of installation and commissioning.

Time of delivery

Within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receiving down payment by T/T(wire transfer).

 

NOTE:

1. Optional PH-CONTROL system, one online digital flow meter, one pressure sensor and one touch-screen are added. Touch-screen PH-CONTROL control, display and alarm system makes all the generation system to be operated by one touch. PH-CONTROL displays working parameters, reminds filter elements replacing and instructs trouble shooting. It enables remote control.
2. The prices are based on power supply 380V, 50Hz. If the power supply is different, the air compressor and dryer prices will increase 20%.
3. To show our interest in cooperation, one package of emergency spare parts for PUHUI Niterogen compressor will be provided for free as a gift with our compressor.
4. Payment Term:Receiving 50% of the total, project start, the 50% balance should be paid before delivery.
