PUHUI PHMO-3 Oxygen generation system incorporates one screw air compressor, one refrigerant air dryer and filters, PHMO-3 Oxygen generator, one totally oil-free oxygen compressor and related oxygen filling station.Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. The compressed air is then stored in the air buffer tank integrated in the oxygen generator for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of work demand. The generator produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at higher than 93% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen purity is continuously monitored by oxygen analyzer. The pressure in the oxygen buffer tank is approximate 4.5bar, it can be adjustable from 0.1bar to 4.5bar by the pressure regulator. Optional totally oil-free oxygen compressor will increase the outlet oxygen pressure to 150bar for cylinder filling purpose.Touch-screen PH-CONTROL control, display and alarm system makes all the generation system to be operated by one touch. 6 Business Document
Period of warranty
The period of warranty on the goods under the Scope of supply is 360 days since the completion day of installation and commissioning. Time of delivery
Within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receiving down payment by T/T(wire transfer).
NOTE: - Optional PH-CONTROL system, one online digital flow meter, one pressure sensor and one touch-screen are added. Touch-screen PH-CONTROL control, display and alarm system makes all the generation system to be operated by one touch. PH-CONTROL displays working parameters, reminds filter elements replacing and instructs trouble shooting. It enables remote control.
- The prices are based on power supply 380V, 50Hz. If the power supply is different, the air compressor and dryer prices will increase 20%.
- To show our interest in cooperation, one package of emergency spare parts for PUHUI oxygen compressor will be provided for free as a gift with our compressor.
- Payment Term:Receiving 50% of the total, project start, the 50% balance should be paid before delivery.
